Our company rates depend on the format:
- individually
- in groups: specific workshops, depending on the objectives
- at the company
- in an office at Luxembourg Kirchberg
Our 2022-2023 rates for individual sessions
- initial session with determination of objectives: 110 EUR excl. VAT
- short follow-up session in the office or online (maximum 45 minutes): 85 EUR excluding VAT
- normal follow-up session in the office or online: 90 EUR excluding VAT
- long session with additional support: between 110 EUR and 120 EUR excluding VAT
- home session: price depending on the place of travel and demand
The price includes:
- the sophrology session (prior discussion, exercises and practices specific to your objective; dialogue and post-practice exchange).
- follow-up exercises, recordings
- the availability of the sophrologist throughout the duration of the support, between sessions if necessary

Graduated from CEAS Paris. RNCP France level III
Member of the Federation of Professional Schools in Sophrology.
Member of Union of Professional Sophrologists.
Concentration and relaxation therapy specialisation.
Trained and certified to support people facing burnout with sophrology techniques and practices.
