I myself went through a pre-burnout period in 2011. It was at that time that I acquired essential tools for my balance. I also became aware of my abilities to act, learn and adapt to life's accidents or difficult situations. Today, I support you as an accredited professional coach, with my qualified training as a sophrologist and my specializations in concentration at work, prevention and support for burnout.
