training • stress & Burnout prevention
With 15% of working-age adults facing mental health challenges
negatively impacted (WHO 2024, Mental Health at Work Report 2024)equipping your leaders, managers
and employees to handle stress collectively has become vital.
Thriving under stress in a Changing World
Rapid change is reshaping our organisations,
as technology and global challenges redefine the way we work.
Stress is the way we react and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
The physical, mental and emotional skills needed to manage stress are often underdeveloped
– yet more essential than ever. In 2023, the most in-demand adaptability skills
included stress management, resilience, flexibility or L'agility.
Our professional training
Resilience, stress management and adaptability cannot be mastered in a single day. And I certainly won’t pretend otherwise simply because I deliver training on these topics. Quite the opposite.
After completing a one-day course on one of the following topics – stress management, burnout prevention, psychosocial risks, resilience or adaptability –
- Manage without stress every work situation that impacts or concerns them,
- Use all possible tools (cognitive, emotional or psycho-corporeal) allowing to better cope and adapt to stressful or difficult situations,
- Understand and prevent all psychosocial risks for their colleagues, their teams or themselves,
- Adapt with flexibility or agility to any context or experience encountered.
- Grasp the fundamentals of stress management and resilience, moving beyond myths, misconceptions and oversimplifications.
- Understand burnout or others psychosocial risks,
- Use cognitive, emotional and body-based tools suited to their personal and professional context.
- Practice and adopt simplebehavioural agility techniques,
- Extend and deepen their learning by applying the tools and concepts in everyday life and work.
The length and format of training strongly influence learning outcomes. I prioritise shorter, spaced-out sessions, delivered through an interactive and experiential approach.
It is with this in mind that I work as a Trainer and Consultant for the ILQVT (Luxembourg Institute for Quality of Life at Work).
