Training •Leadership & personal skills

Being a leader, whatever the field or function, is about learning from every experience, throughout life.
Leadership skills are little or poorly learned, and often in an overly theoretical manner.
My training always integrates the 5 dimensions of IDG: Being, Thinking, Interacting, Collaborating, Acting.

My Key Training Areas

My interactive and experiential training courses allow participants to apply their new skills in a practical way.
I adapt my approach and activities throughout the training to optimize the achievement of educational objectives by participants.

Your path to change starts here. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Together, let's move towards your goals.

Faced with difficult tasks and a complex environment, we must mobilize a set of cognitive, emotional skills and personal qualities that go beyond what most of us have learned in school or in our lives.

I believe that our inner development is essential to successfully respond together to current societal and global challenges, as well as those within our companies. This is all the more the case for anyone who exercises a form of leadership.

My conviction is also based on my own experience of learning and personal development. Above all, it is reinforced and confirmed by global initiatives such as the IDGs (Inner Development Goals) that I integrate into my work and my services.

Inner Development Goals
