Our professional training

Resilience, stress management or adaptability cannot be learned in one day. And it is not because I offer training on the subject that I will tell you that this is the case. On the contrary.

After a one-day training on one of the following subjects (Stress management, Burnout prevention, Psychosocial risks, Resilience and adaptability):

Participants WILL NOT BE ABLE TO

  • Manage without stress any work situation that impacts or concerns them,
  • Use all possible tools (cognitive, emotional And psycho-corporeal) allowing to better cope and adapt to stressful or difficult situations,
  • Understand and prevent all psychosocial risks for their colleagues, their teams or themselves,
  • Adapt with flexibility And agility to any context or experience encountered.

Participants will be able to

  • To understand the basics and fundamentals of stress management and resilience beyond preconceived ideas, false beliefs and limiting simplifications,
  • Understand the burnout or others psychosocial risks,
  • Use some tools cognitive, emotional and psychocorporeal adapted to their context and their living or working environment,
  • Practice and integrate simple exercises ofbehavioral agility,
  • Continue and deepen their experience and learning on the subject by applying the tools and concepts transferred.

The duration and format of professional training has a confirmed impact on learning. I favor shorter learning times, spaced out over time, always with an interactive and experiential approach.
