Training, team building… Despite your efforts, absenteeism, stress and disengagement persist. A simple intervention cannot repair a broken collective system.

This is why Sophie Le Dorner and I designed LEVEL UP : a unique program to transform your teams and ensure their lasting harmony in a constantly changing environment.

WHAT IS THE LEVEL UP PROGRAM?

Level UP is a unique approach that integrates both:

Spaces for experiential, targeted and short training courses

The goal is to enable your teams to effectively acquire new personal skills vital to working together in today's world. 
We start from the problems expressed by employees and the needs that emerge.

Through the experiential approach, teams become aware of a new possible behavior or a new way of thinking and can immediately transfer it to their professional situation. 

And we support them in this throughout their learning process.

Among the skills usually targeted

  • Behavioral adaptability and communication; 
  • Self-awareness and stress management;
  • Awareness of complexity and adaptability.

Leadership coaching

For the team leader: He/she develops his/her skills and applies them directly to facilitate changes
systemic.

Facilitation and support from the team

So that it becomes more:

  • Aware of the necessary changes, 
  • Able to implement and adapt them, 
  • Responsible for the sustainability of his learning.
Inner Development Goals

Our facilitation approach'LEVEL UP YOUR TEAM' integrates and feeds the framework of IDGs (Inner Development Goals). Because we want to contribute together to a world where our lives and our work have meaning, sustainably.

We are committed to implementing IDGs in Luxembourg within our communities and our local hub.  

Concretely, our projects LEVEL UP YOUR TEAM also feed the feedback from the application of this framework in companies and organizations.
